Jordan Shelton teaches 9th and 10th grade English at Marquette High School in Chesterfield, Missouri. She graduated in December 2013 from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri with a bachelor of science degree in English education. She also earned a master's degree in education administration from William Woods University in May 2017. Jordan was raised in the Missouri bootheel and graduated from Kennett High School in 2008. She considers herself incredibly lucky to work at such a great school district and with so many outstanding teenagers every day. 

 

When she's not teaching, Miss Shelton enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, biking, swimming, and kayaking. Miss Shelton also loves spending time with her adorable pug, Leslie. Additionally, she really enjoys music and was an active member of the all-female a cappella group, A Cub Bella, during her time at MSU.
